“The home was very nice and cozy. Everything we could’ve needed was there. The location is amazing close to everything. Use of the golf cart was a great addition to the deal. The neighborhood is very welcoming to visitors. There’s a very nice quaint little restaurant right on the river in the neighborhood called aunt Kate’s. Its a great place to watch the sunset. Our host was amazing! Communication was really good and he was very helpful with suggestions of places to go to see or to eat.”

“We had a wonderful time beaching, dining on local cuisines, shopping, taking a boat tour, visiting St Augustine, grillin Positive: The property is absolutely perfect! So cheerful, tasteful, clean and comfortable! We loved the decor and appreciated how everything you could possibly need is already thought of and available. We thought the location was excellent as well. A quick walk to the beach or quick drive to historic St Augustine! We felt right at home! Negative: I can’t think of a single complaint!”
